(More customer reviews)This was a present for my mother in-law; first I am a prime member so the item should have arrived in two days, but it look almost 6 days before the item arrived. When we did receive the tote, it was pretty obvious that the bag has been used as the handle area had dirt and there was a slight tear at the bottom. Since this was a gift and the item arrived late I had no choice but to clean it up a little and hope she doesn't think it's used...
The actual product itself is poorly made and would not spend more than $20 for this bag. Very disappointed with this purchase.
