Only good things can come from reading this memoir, as Mr. Cipriani entertains our imaginations while educating us on the lives of visually-impaired individuals who function in a world dominated by and designed for the sighted. Above all, his story inspires us to face the worst situations in life with humor, hope, and determination to bring out the beauty veiled in catastrophe. He is a true inspiration, and I look forward to his future publications.
