(More customer reviews)You get what you expect from a New Era cap. The only problem was that I placed an order for a size 7 3/8 hat, but I was shipped a size 7 1/8. I emailed the company, fansedge, that sells the product and they promptly fixed the problem by reshipping the correct size hat to me and providing me with a prepaid shipping label to send the wrong sized hat back. Excellent and fast customer service, great product, and fast delivery.
