Packaged in poly-bag with header card with the official licensed patch inside. My husband was very surprised and since he had the patch added to his SF Giants Ness & Mitchell jacket, he receives many compliments and questions on where he got his patch at. We are a loyal amazon.com customer and have never any negative fee on anything we have received so far.
