(More customer reviews)We bought 2 of these. The description is: Set Contains one Team Lanyard, one Ticket Holder and one Logo Pin. The Team Color Nylon Lanyard is 2-Sided Design, really sturdy, great printing, soft material. The Breakaway and Split Ring with J-Hook makes the ticket sit too low, the whole thing is now too long. We ended up tying a knot behind our necks to keep from scrunching the ticket holder in our laps. Speaking of scrunching ticket holders, the set comes stuck in a box, not flattened to keep the plastic holder smooth, it's all wrinkly and part of it bent. Not stylish like the picture. The Logo Pins were not in the box. I had a great experience using Amazon's website call-back customer service who rushed out a replacement of each. The replacements were also bent and crinkly so it must come from them that way. The Giants logo pins were placed through the Lanyard material, not on the MLB card like it shows in the picture. That's probably why the first ones fell off somewhere. I cannot really recommend this due to the length, unless that is common? It's well made except for the clear plastic ticket holder being crumpled.
