(More customer reviews)I purchased this football in early January. It arrived with a slight smudge to one of the signatures due to movement in the box during shipment. I contacted the company and was told to send it back and a replacement would be sent to me. Everything went as planned, I received a replacement ball within days. I am very satisfied with their customer service!
