(More customer reviews)The first Jersey we received was defective (the numbers came off during washing). When we contacted the merchant, they immediately sent a new one and included forms for returning the defective item. They explained that a batch of jerseys were defective from the manufacturer and apologized for the problem. Very good customer service. So far, the replaced jersey is fine and my grandson loves it.
PS I didn't give the item any stars because of this issue.
