(More customer reviews)Received the incorrect item in box for husband's birthday present with correct paperwork. NFL Shop said that they couldn't exchange the incorrect item for the correct item. I had to return the item and wait for a refund and then go on Amazon again to re-buy the item, even though they made the error. Also, had to make two calls and ask Amazon for help to receive a return label. Once NFL Shop received return for incorrect item, they didn't process my refund for 10 days and I had to pay the credit card bill, so asked Amazon for help again. Amazon says that they will process my refund since NFL Shop has not. I would not order again from NFL Shop and would like the correct jersey sent to me for free for all my inconvience.
