(More customer reviews)Save your self a real problem and find an Elliptical machine elsewhere. Very poorly packaged the owners manual is mostly a parts list no contact or warranty information. (not that it will do you any good they'll only want to sell you parts act fast it's a one month Limited warranty) Multi function display that has no operational instruction. Plastic parts crushed in shipping a tension adjustment knob useless doesn't adjust an irritable noise coming from the resistant wheel assembled at the mfg. Finally I found contact info. I called for assistance Mandy answers turns out she is the technician, parts department oh receptionist absolutely no help. I asked about the noise she said to take it apart and inspect it for defect. She refused to replace the broken plastic parts. There web site says the lowest price the highest quality really lowest quality and a waste of your money. I have since read numerous reviews all experience some kind of noise, two left feet, broken parts just like the problem that I've had just seems that I got them all. You know if they don't include contact information on the instruction there's a problem, embarrassment?
