(More customer reviews)i've lived in san francisco since 1966
i was interested in which clubs or spots Joel might write about, and i was not disappointed to
find out he covered all of them plus some
i was in my twenties in the 60s and 70s and remember frequenting most of the places he covers,
and he does so mentioning the owners, some history os the spots, etc, just thorough, i'd say
excellent book, especially for people who lived through the 60s and 70s
