On any given night of the week, one could find some cool band (and there were many damn good bands)playing in some messed up dive. There were alot of dives and they were all mentioned in Alfie's book. The Chatterbox was just one of those places and it was awesome to see snapshots of familiar faces, and the endless list of bands who once graced the infamous zebra painted stage. I met my drummer hotty there.(band shall remain secret) The insight into how the Chatterbox was even purchased is a perfect prelude to the history that followed. Thanks for the memories Alfie.
