(More customer reviews)As a Russian American since 1950's I found this book to be an excellent review of the Russians living in the San Francisco area. Russians have found here in America a very welcome environment that allows minorities to practice their religion and national customs without interference from the government. As second and third generation Russian Americans become more and more real Americans they can remember their roots without any regrets or shame.
