(More customer reviews)So, I lived in NYC for 10 years, and as a result, I hate looking like a tourist. I never want to be one of those people standing on a street corner with a huge map spread out, even though I still need those maps. Especially in a city like SF, where I have been probably 10 times, I don't want to stick out. This guide is a great answer--enough map to help me get around, fits in my jeans back pocket, doesn't look like a guide. Plus, I found some very cool new places that I hadn't been to before. If you like magazines liek Travel & Leisure, this is a great guide. Not a nuts & bolts, so if you are a first-timer, these are not the way to go.
