(More customer reviews)My husband got me this clock for my birthday on Sunday, loved it, plugged it in...nothing...a few upside down "u"'s..sending it back for a replacement, I'll let you know what happens..we're both very very dissapointed! Ok, I'm back.. have to say, VERY impressed with Amazon return process...had a new clock in LESS than 48 hrs after notifying them...printed a return label online...dropped off the broken clock at UPS..so easy and quick. Plugged in the new clock, really, really nice...Nice clear LED numbers, has temp, time, date, It's a keeper
