(More customer reviews)Well, after about 10 years of doing user maps for many of games, I've finally decided to tackle one of my favorites in Quake II. This is one of the best mapping tools that you could ever use. The interface is really easy to follow, and this is a really solid editor when it comes to building that true level of your dreams. I'm not going to get too technical, but I love the brush-based mapping where you build a map with one shape at a time, it makes for a more realistic world that way. Up until Quake and Quake II, I was mapping with sectors and sprites in the Build engine and Doom II engine, and it just did not allow for the same freedom the Quake engine brought. This is probably the best way to learn the Quake technology bar none. Congrats on bringing this one back, definitely my favorite.
