(More customer reviews)I have had the worst experience imaginable ordering from this seller. Last NOVEMBER I ordered this pillow which clearly has a 49er helmet on it and the San Francisco Bay in the background. It came on time, HOWEVER, it was the wrong one. They sent me a plain red one with the emblem on it. It was a Christmas present so obviously, I didn't have enough time to send it back for the right one. So I still gave it to him. Fortunately, (or so I thought) they sent me an e-mail apologizing for the mistake and they offered to send me the correct one for free. I was very pleased that they made that effort to provide GOOD customer service. But I judged too soon because I just received it not too long ago and THEY SENT ME THE EXACT SAME ONE AS THEY HAD BEFORE. I can't believe they made the same mistake AGAIN. It's about to be February and this has been going on for too long now. All I can tell you is that it would be foolish of you to order from this seller. Don't go through the headache that I am going through.
